Dashing over snow
Stoke nearly had the undoing of me on Saturday night. Driving home from a wonderful wedding in Cheshire at 11pm I slithered and slid slowly through Stoke at 20mph. Many abandoned vehicles along the way. It was a bit like a zombie movie as motorists wandered around the streets. Mark, my assistant suggest we get a room, but I told him I wasn’t that way inclined. Finally got home at 2am. I wish I had some pics to show you but the cameras were in the boot and I daren’t stop in case the zombies got us.

Visioning Day
I had an amazing day on Saturday at a Visioning Day held at Antenna in Nottingham. This was my third Visioning day with Sarah McNicol and once again I wasn’t disappointed.
The morning focussed on looking back to 2011 and putting the year to ‘bed’. We were encouraged to go within and through a combination of mind-mapping and meditation source our sub-conscious memories.
2011 was a difficult year for me, with my Dad dying and a challenging business year. But through Sarah’s guidance I located a wealth of joyous memories with family and friends. The tough times had indeed brought us closer and realigned my perspective on the important things.
After a delicious lunch and the opportunity to catch up with several friends including Life Coach Emma Hackett, it was time to create our Vision for 2012. With superb facilitation and some further meditation, I created “Hearts and Minds”, the vision which will guide through the year. Put simply, I will be making my heart beat and my mind stretch over the next 12 months. I’ll be dancing, cycling and just getting the major muscles working more. I’ll be travelling to exotic places and having exhilarating travels with my mind.
I’m excited and very optimistic for the year ahead. And as I settle in my bathroom I’ll have my mindmap and vision to remind me where I want to go.
